What Is Personal Information?

"Personal information" means anything that identifies you personally, e.g. contact information. Anything else is "non-personal information." If personal information is stored with information that is not personal, the combination becomes personal information. If personal information is removed, the information is no longer personal.

How does this practice get personal information?

You must give it to me (e.g., using a form). This web site does not use any passive, third-party analytics, cookies or trackers to collect personal information without consent.

What will do you do with personal information?

I only use it for direct, one-to-one communication with you.

When do you share my personal information with others?

Only if and when the law requires it. I will notify you about the request unless legally prohibited.

How do you collect and manage personal information on this website?

Personal information is collected by my contact form and stored on a third-party database server. On request, I will delete it. I will need to confirm the legitimacy of the request first, but I may also delete personal information without notice.

How is personal information secured?

All personal information is encrypted and stored on a third-party database, not a WordPress database. The database is ISO 27001:2013 certified, as well as GDPR, and CCPA compliant. These are world-class standards for protecting personal information.
